Baby Lisa Blanket -- Tah Dah!

Hello Friends...I'm finally finished the baby blanket I've been working on for some time.  Border done, ends weaved in, photos taken and pattern published.  I'm really pleased with the overall result.  My sister-in-law chose the colour combination...I'm loving the gray!  I'm calling it the "Baby Lisa Blanket" - take a look:

For more information about the pattern, I've put this one is my shop.

Crochet Owl

Hello Friends...it's been awhile.  We were away the other week, down and out with a cold last week, but starting to feel better now.  I'd found this adorable little owl last month out there in blog land, and was hoping to use it as an applique for a blanket I've been working on.  Check it out:

Isn't it is so cute?  This lovely pattern is from Love The Blue Bird, and it's fairly easy to make.  As always, thanks for looking.

Yarn Storage

Hello Friends...Like may of us yarn crafters out there we see seem to build abundance of yarn time over.  If you're anything like me, you're always struggling with how to store said yarn.  Lately I've been loving the freshness of white.  One day last week I was rummaging around in the garage and came across a rather large white planter that was not being used for much of anything.  So, I did this with it:

Why not make it look pretty, I say.  However, now I may be less motivated to bust through my stash.
